Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show Goes magnum-Sized with More Events and Activities

Dan Aykroyd to Attend Show and Speak at Keynote Session

Newton, MA (February 9, 2010) - This year's Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show continues to grow with the announcement of more events and activities for its 25th anniversary. Taking place March 8-10 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Nightclub & Bar Convention is part of International Hospitality Week, which includes, International Restaurant Show and HotelWorld Food & Beverage, where hospitality industry professionals will be able to conduct business and network at all three shows.

Actor Dan Aykroyd is confirmed to attend the Nightclub & Bar Convention and will speak at the keynote session titled "From Busting Ghosts to Building Brands: An Interview with Dan Aykroyd" on Wednesday, March 10, as well as walk the International Hospitality Week red carpet.

Additional events added to Nightclub & Bar Convention that exhibitors, hospitality and industry professionals alike can experience include:

On Wednesday, March 10 Chicago Bears' player Willie Gault and former Pittsburg Pirates star Bill Madlock will host the Sports Bar Networking Party at Lagasse's Stadium of the Palazzo. This event is free and open to sports bar operators featuring a memorabilia give-a-way, an auction, beverages and other fun and exciting activities.

Come mix it up with Bobby G. and Philip Raimondo, Beam Global Spirit & Wine Master Mixologist Team. They will be demonstrating basic mixology techniques along with a peek into some exciting new cocktail recipes. To keep things interactive, they will take a page out of Beam Global's new breakthrough online bartender experience www.virtualspirit.org along with MIXXIT- a bartender training seminar. Attendees might get called up to test your own bartending skills at this state-of-the-art cocktail bar!

901 Silver Tequila is setting the stage by joining forces with the Nightclub & Bar Convention and will be sponsoring both the 25th Anniversary Party being held on Monday, March 8 and the DJ Spin-off party at the Venetian's Tao Nightclub being held on Wednesday, March 10.

Madison Hildabrand from Bravo's Million Dollar Listing will serve as the celebrity guest host for the Official GLBT Nightclub & Bar Event at Tabu Ultra Lounge on Tuesday, March 9.

On Monday, March 8, Food Network's Iron Chef star Dominique Crenn will be a presenting an educational session titled "Creating Synergy Between In-House Restaurant & In-Room Dining" for HotelWorld Food & Beverage.

Clearview Technologies will unveil the launch of a new, innovative Inventory management product on the tradeshow floor of NightClub & Bar Convention.
