                  Of Ocean Conservancy
                  Invites consumers to enter sweepstakes
for a chance to win a trip to
Costa Rica to help save endangered sea turtles
                SEATTLE
-February 9, 2009-Since it was first released in the United
States nearly five years ago, Flying Fish wine
has proudly donated a portion of proceeds from every bottle
sold to Ocean Conservancy to help protect endangered sea turtles.
During the months of January through April 2009, Flying
Fish is thanking consumers for their support by giving
them a chance to win a trip for two to Costa Rica to experience
the magic of sea turtles first hand.

"Six out of seven sea turtle species remaining on earth
are either endangered or threatened," said Vicki Cornish,
Vice President of Marine Wildlife Conservation, Ocean Conservancy.
"In addition to Flying Fish's ongoing
efforts, the Flying Fish Costa Rica Sweepstakes
will help further bring to light the need to protect sea turtles
and their vital habitat. Thanks to the long standing generosity
of Flying Fish and other donors, we are making
positive headway in our efforts worldwide."

Costa Rica's coasts are home to dozens of important nesting
beaches for four turtle species-leatherback, green, hawksbill,
and olive ridley. The once-in-a-lifetime grand prize trip will
give the winner and his or her guest an opportunity to work
alongside researchers in Costa Rica's exotic setting to measure
and tag these amazing sea turtles, patrol beaches in search
of nesting and hatching sea turtles, tour a butterfly farm,
go rafting down the Sarapiqui River, watch red hot lava flow
down the sides of an active volcano, relax on white sand beaches
surrounded by rain forest and fly through the rainforest on
zip lines. Round trip airfare, in-country transport, lodging,
guides, activities and most meals are included.
