Sparkling Sugarplum

Ingredients:
2 1/2 parts Zipang Sparking Sake
1/2 part Gekkeikan Plum Wine
1/2 part Ginger Liqueur
1 part Passion Fruit Nectar

Procedures:
1. Shake Gekkeikan Plum Wine, ginger liqueur and passion fruit nectar over ice.

2. Strain into a champagne flute.

3. Top with chilled Zipang Sparkling Sake and stir gently.

4. Garnish with a candied ginger slice.
