Red Rum

Ingredients:
2 parts BACARDI® 8 Year Old Rum
1/2 part Sloe Gin
2 doz. Redcurrants
1/2 part fresh lemon juice
1/2 part vanilla syrup
Cubed Ice
A small bunch of redcurrants to garnish

Procedures:
1. Muddle the redcurrants in the bottom of a shake

2. Add all other ingredients (except the garnish)

3. Throw in some ice and give a good hard shake

4. Double strain into a chilled or frozen cocktail glass

5. Garnish with red currants
