Michelin announces 3 Stars Awards to 3 Paris Chefs

On Wednesday, Michelin should announce the 3rd Star for Yannick Alléno at the Hôtel Meurice whom Mike & Ellen Walsh saw together when they were in Paris oct 2006. Also to be awarded 3 Stars: Frédéric Anton at the Pré Catelan (which belongs to Lenôtre, within the Accor Group) in the Bois de Boulogne in Paris and Anne-Sophie Pic at the Pic restaurant in Valence, after her grand-father André who received them in 1934 and her father Jacques in 1973. The Pré Catelan and Pic are both Relais Gourmand, members of the Relais & Chateaux chain (Pic since 1973).
