that he has succeeded admirably and guests aboard
Regatta, Insignia and Nautica are now indulging
in the only authentic Baguettes to be found at
sea. Using only the finest Viron flour and baked
in special ovens, freshly baked Baguettes and
Poulichette, Normandy Bread, Brioche Rolls, Raisin
Rolls, Bacon Bread, Crispy Swedish Rolls, Chestnut
Rolls and Olive Bread are prepared fresh every
day for the ships four restaurants. Star boulangers
know that the quality of your bread is dictated
by your flour and ovens, stated Garanger.
The Beauce region of France is renowned for the
quality of its wheat and it is from this region
that Oceania Cruises procures this very rare bakers
delicacy. Milled from the highest quality wheat,

Debut Schedule
The Perfect Table debuted aboard Nautica on May
21, 2006 and is scheduled to debut aboard Regatta
on June 6, 2006 and aboard Insignia on June 14,
2006.
