Photos and Recipes courtesy of Holand Foods SM introduces Bombay Authentics®

Ingredients:
1 tbls. Cooking Oil
1 Large Onion, (chopped)
1 inch of Fresh Ginger, (peeled and finely chopped)
3 Cloves of Fresh Garlic, (finely chopped)
1 lb. Chicken Breast, (cubed)
1 jar Roland's Bombay Authentics Luxury Kashmiri Curry Paste
1 - 15 oz. tin Thopped Tomatoes
2 Red Skin Potatoes, (diced)
Salt to taste
Greek Yogurt (optional)
Cilantro, (chopped)

Procedure:
1
. Heat the oil and add the onions, ginger and garlic. Sauté until onions begin to soften and brown slightly.

2. Place the chicken into the pan and mix in half the jar of Roland's Bombay Authentics Kashmiri Curry Paste. Stir-fry for 7 minutes using medium heat. If the chicken sticks to the bottom of the pan, just add a tablespoon of water and continue to cook.

3. At 7 minutes, add the tin of chopped tomatoes and potatoes. Season with a bit of salt. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes, mixing occasionally.

Note: If you would like the curry to be creamy, add 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and mix into the dish.

4. Before serving sprinkle a bit of chopped fresh cilantro for color and flavor.

5. Serve over steamed rice.
