few favorite recipes.
Grand
Cerise Surprise

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier Cherry
3/4 oz dark aged rum
1 oz milk
1/4 oz simple syrup
Procedure:
Pour Grand Marnier Cherry, dark aged rum, milk and simple
syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain
into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with dark chocolate
shavings.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Grand Marnier Cherry
3 dashes orange bitters
Procedure:
Splash of smoky single malt scotch whisky In a well chilled
martini glass, rinse inside with whisky and pour out remainder.
Stir Grand Marnier Cherry and orange bitters in a mixing
glass filled with ice. Strain into whisky rinsed glass
and garnish with an orange peel (flamed orange peel optional).

Ingredients:
2 oz Grand Marnier Cherry
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
3 dashes angostura bitters
Procedure:
In a shaker filled with ice, stir Grand Marnier Cherry,
sweet vermouth an angostura bitters. Strain into a chilled
martini glass and garnish a brandied cherry.
