Valentine's
Day is a celebration of love and romance and is the perfect
day to indulge. So whether you like it spicy or sweet
or sparkling, we've got the perfect cocktail to share
with your special someone.
Garden
of Affection
Ingredients:
2 oz. Prairie Organic Gin
2 tspn. Dry Vermouth
1 Rosemary Sprig
3 pitted Olives
Procedures:
1. Combine gin, dry vermouth and ice
in shaker.
2.
Shake comfortably.
3.
Strain into martini glass.
4.
Strip leaves from bottom half of rosemary sprig and skewer
olives to garnish drink.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Prairie Organic Vodka
1 1/2 oz. Pomegranate Juice
A squeeze of fresh Lemon Juice
Mint Leaf
Procedures:
1. Shake over ice and strain into a martini
glass.
2.
Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
Apple
of My Eye
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Prairie Cucumber Flavored Vodka
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. Honey Syrup
1/2 oz. Lemon
Apple, (cubed)
Procedures:
Top with soda water, float apple cubes in glass.
Spicy
Aphrodite
Ingredients:
1 part UV Sriracha Vodka
1 part Chocolate liqueur
Procedures:
1. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled
martini glass.
2.
Garnish with a chili pepper.

Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Bombay Sapphire
1/2 ooz. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1/2 shot of Sugar Syrup
Top with Martini & Rossi Prosecco
Procedures:
1. Shake the first three ingredients
with ice and strain into champagne glass, then top with
champagne and lightly stir.
2.
Garnish with a cherry
Rum
is the New Champagne Daiquiri
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Caliche Rum
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
Top with Brut Champagne (or Dry Sparkling Wine)
Procedures:
1. Shake first three ingredients in a
cocktail shaker with ice.
2.
Strain into a flute glass, top with brut Champagne and
garnish with a lemon twist.
