Basil Gin Greyhound
Ingredients:
2 oz. Basil-infused Crater Lake Gin
4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice (pink grapefruit juice can be
used for a sweeter variation)
Procedure:
1. Combine 2 cups of loose basil per 750ml
bottle of gin. Let stand for 2 days. Strain to remove basil.
2.
Combine ingredients in an ice-filled rocks or Collins glass.
Stir and garnish with lime wedge
