                    Pumpkin Seeds with Oregano Pepper Cedar 
                    Rock Gourmet Peppers Recipe Ingredients:1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
 1 tablespoon of Cedar Rock Oregano Pepper
 
 Method: 1. 
                    In 
                    a heated non stick skillet, sauté (dry) one-half cup 
                    pumpkin seeds. Add about one tablespoon of Cedar Rock Oregano 
                    Pepper. Toast the seeds still slightly golden brown. 2. 
                    Serve over mixed greens with papaya or mango
