Loders Croklaan Introduces New Low Saturated Fat Product

This week Loders Croklaan, a leading and innovative producer of oils and fats, will launch SansTrans? RS39 T20, a reduced saturate, trans-free, non-hydrogenated all purpose shortening with the same functionality as traditional bakery shortenings but with 30 percent less saturated fat than typical trans-free alternatives. It is a shortening based on palm and canola oil.
