IF
you're going to Vichy, in the center
of France, you can take your time and relax.
                Vichy
is a thermal / spa city in France (where are the Vichy Water
springs) with a splendid swimming pool complex, where the US
Olympic Swimming team has trained, including Michael .... (Phelps..!)
before going to the London Olympics.
                They
can dine in style (may be not the swimmers just before the games,
but definitely the people around them to accompany them!) in
this superb restaurant run by Jacques Decoret since 2008.
                The
                  restaurant
Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1996, Jacques has developed his
talents in many top restaurants before coming to Vichy in 1998:
Troisgros in Roanne, Lorrain in Joigny, Alain Passard at L'Arpège
in Paris, Régis Marcon in Saint-Bonnet le Froid. He is
one of the best modern chefs of the new French cuisine, able
to combine the best of tradition with the latest innovations,
not unlike the way he designed the ultra modern dining room
with the classical mansion where is now his new restaurant with
                  5 rooms.
                In
2011 Jacques joins the Prestigious Relais & Châteaux
chefs, with the much coveted title of "Grand Chef",
as Michel Portos, Patrick Henriroux or Anne-Sophie Pic before
                  him.
                This
is undoubtedly among the best tables in the region, where you
can get surprised by this new style!
                Prices
