summertime upon us, Prairie Organic Spirits has partnered
with NYC restaurant favorites, Jacob's Pickles and Prospect,
to create a selection of seasonal signature cocktail recipes
inspired by fresh, organic herbs grown in summer gardens.
Made
with respect from seed to glass, Prairie Organic Spirits
offers 100% certified organic vodka, cucumber-flavored
organic vodka and organic gin, made from seed to glass
with single vintage organic corn that gives Prairie Organic
its award-winning flavor. Each bottle of Prairie Organic
Spirits takes three years of meticulous work and provides
an elevated cocktail experience that we can all raise
a glass to.
Rosemary
Vodka Lemonade

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Rosemary-infused Prairie Organic Vodka
2 1/2 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemonade
5 Rosemary Sprigs
Procedures:
Muddle lemon slice and five rosemary leaves with a teaspoon
cane sugar. Add remaining ingredients, top with ice and
shake. Pour over ice in collins glass.
Cucumber
Mint Cooler

Ingredients:
3 Cucumber Slices
1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves (loosely packed)
1/2 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz. Prairie Organic Vodka
1/2 oz. Cointreau
Mint
Procedures:
Add 3-4 mint leaves, sugar, cucumbers and lime juice to
a cocktail shaker and shake. Add the vodka, and Cointreau,
and shake. Strain into 4 glasses filled with ice. Garnish
each cocktail with a cucumber spear

Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Prairie Organic Gin
3/4 oz. Prairie Organic Vodka
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Contratto Bitter
Rosemary
Prosecco/sparkling wine
Procedures:
Put simple syrup in shaker with six rosemary stalks and
muddle. Add all other ingredients except Prosecco into
shaker. Shake, then double strain into a collins glass
with ice. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
