Homemade Popsicles Rule the Summer
By FBWorld Team

Homemade popsicles are the coolest thing right now (no pun intended). But really, you will be the coolest host in the world when you offer up these sweet frozen treats. (And psst, it's an adult-only recipe!) If you're making them for a party be sure to prepare them the night before, otherwise have them in the freezer at ALL times for emergency refreshments! Summer goal: To stay cool as a cucumber.

Frozen Cucumber Margarita Pops

Makes: 10 popsicles.

Ingredients:
4 One Sweet® Cucumbers, (chopped)
2 Limes, (peeled)
1 cup Silver Tequila
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 cup Cold Water
Pinch of Sea Salt

Procedures:
Blend all of the ingredients together in a high powered blender for about 2 minutes or until there is a uniform green color and smooth texture.

Pour into Popsicle molds, insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for 10 hours.

To release the popsicles run the mold under warm water.
