Orange Margarita Popsicles

This
summer, beat the heat and keep
the party going at the same time with this tasty recipe
combining the refreshment of a margarita with that of
a popsicle. Enjoy!

Orange Margarita Popsicles

Ingredients:
2 cups Blood Orange Soda or Juice
Juice of 3 Limes (about a 1/4 cup)
3 oz. of Tequila
1 oz. Orange Liqueur
1 tbls. Sugar
1 tspn. Salt
Procedures:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together
in a large bowl until the sugar and salt have completely
dissolved.
2.
Ladle the mixture into popsicle molds (extra-large silicon
ice cube trays or Dixie cups work as well), leaving an
extra 1/2-inch space at the top, and place in the freezer.
3.
After about 2 hours, once the liquid has started to solidify,
stick in the popsicle sticks. Keep in the freezer overnight.
