the below recipes are from the latest iteration of Agave
and EEEEEATS, a curated dinner series from Tequila Don
Julio, The Infatuation and #HashtagLunchbag. Crafted with
seasonal ingredients and fresh flavors, these unique sips
are the ideal way to treat your taste buds this spring,
summer and beyond.
Garden
Party

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Tequila Don Julio Reposado
1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur
1/4 oz. Honey Syrup
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Lime Wheel for Garnish
Procedures:
1. Combine Tequila Don Julio Reposado,
orange liqueur, honey syrup, fresh lemon juice and Angostura
bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
2.
Strain contents into a double old fashioned glass with
fresh ice.
3.
Garnish with lime wheel.

Ode
to Atole

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Tequila Don Julio Añejo
1 tspn. Sweet Vermouth
1 tspn. Turbinado Sugar
1 dash Bittermen's Mole Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Orange Peel for Garnish
Procedures:
1. Combine Tequila Don Julio Añejo,
sweet vermouth, turbinado sugar, Bittermen's mole bitters
and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake
well.
2.
Strain contents into a double old fashioned glass over
fresh ice.
3.
Garnish with orange peel.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz. Tequila Don Julio 70
1/2 oz. Aperol
3/4 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 tspn. Fresh Lime Juice
1 tspn. Simple Syrup
2 drops Chili Lime Bitters
Sparkling Mineral Water to Top
Pinch of Salt
Grapefruit Peel for Garnish
Rosette Skewer for Garnish
Procedures:
1. Combine Tequila Don Julio 70, Aperol,
fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, simple syrup
and chili lime bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
2.
Strain contents into a Collins glass over ice.
3.
Top with sparkling mineral water and pinch of salt. Garnish
with grapefruit peel and rosette skewer.
