8 oz. Blood Orange Juice
4 T reserved syrup from Oranges
or 3 T of Sugar
reserved syrup from previous step (see Candied Blood Orange
Slice Recipe) and combine 8 oz. Blood Orange Jucie.
Place ingredients in a small non-reactive saucepan and
reduce by 1/2 or until it is of a syrup consistency.
