                                  with: Hoobs Applewood Smoked 
                                  Bacon
 Ingredients:2 Applewood Smoked Bacon 
                                  (thin slices)
 1 tbls. Olive Oil
 Zest of 1 Lemon
 2 tbls. Italian Parsley (chopped)
 Procedure:In a medium saute pan add olive oil. When hot 
                                  add bacon slices. The bacon will seize up (don’t 
                                  worry!) When bacon is lightly browned turn over 
                                  and saute for 15 seconds. Remove bacon and place 
                                  on paper towels. Allow to cool. Once cooled, 
                                  bacon will be crispy. Crush with your hands 
                                  into a bowl. Mix with lemon zest and parsley.
