very much a Francis Ford Coppola production, with the same authentic
attention to detail that we love in his movies. Reflecting the
love of his childhood memories, Coppola recreates his roots by
paying homage to the simplicity of the traditional, hearty Italian
fare that he grew up with. Heading up the team is Sicilian born
Chef Antonio Fecarotta, a warm, friendly, chef who orchestrates
an Italian café reminiscent of Coppola's home in Naples.
