Pomegranate
Sangria
Ingredients:
1 bottle Pomegranate Wine
1 cup Peach or Apricot Brandy
1/2 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
1 can Mandarin Oranges with syrup
3 Green Apples cut into small chunks
2 Lemons (cut into small slices)
1 cup Fresh Blueberries or Raspberries
1 cup Sliced Strawberries
4 cups Ginger Ale or Lemon-Lime Soda
Procedure:
1. Pour wine into a pitcher. Add the fresh squeezed
orange juice, brandy, and all of the fruit.

Chill and allow fruits to marinate for at least 2 hours, overnight
if possible.
3.
Add the Ginger Ale or Lemon Lime soda just before serving. Serve
with plenty of ice and make sure each glass gets a hearty portion
of the fruits.
