Ingredients:
2 lg. Ripe, Chilled Avocados (peeled halved, seeded and diced)
1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
6 tbls. Confectioners' Sugar
1/2 Lime (cut into 4 thin wedges)
Procedure:
With the back of a spoon, force the diced avocado through a sieve
set over a bowl. Stir in the limejuice and sugar. Serve from chilled
parfait glasses or dessert dishes, and garnish each serving with
a lime wedge.
