Agave Cooler

This
summer, travel south of the border and welcome the "Agave
Cooler." This clean, fresh concoction combines gin
with agave nectar and is finished with a splash of soda
water, simple syrup and basil leaves.
Haru Agave Cooler Ingredients:
1.5 oz Beefeater 24 gin
0.5 oz Agave Nectar syrup
0.5 oz Sour mix
0.2 oz Simple Syrup
0.1 oz Soda water
5 Basil leaves
Procedure:
Pour all contents over ice (including
basil), shake lightly, and serve in a rocks glass, garnish
with basil sprig.
