Pomegranate Orzo

Serves 4

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked Orzo
1/2 cup Red Peppers
1/2 cup Yellow Peppers
1/2 cup Green Onions
1 cup Pomegranate Seeds OR substitute with Dried Cranberries

Procedure:
Prepare Orzo according to package. Mix remaining ingredients together with Orzo and serve at room temperature.
