Thery're not just naturally raised, it's got a scientifically created diet that enhances the musky flavor profile of a truly unforgettable steak. (Click here for more)

HOT HOT HEAT
Infrared Heat sears the steak quickly, and simply. This is one of the ways to taste the great flavor a high end piece of meat offers the savvy steak lover.

DON'T OVERCOOK
Do you like your steaks rare and juicy? It's not magic, it's science. Take it off the grill or out of the oven at 135 degrees F. Then, for a really perfect steak, let it sit for about 10-15 minutes before you cut into it. As the juices re distribute themselves, you'll see that more juices stay inside the steak, and less on the plate or cutting board!!

A PERFECT CUT
The unique dimpled features of this knife give you the cleanest, sharpest cut ever! The dimples on the sides of the blade capture air, which reduces friction during slicing, allowing thinner and smoother slices. Perfect for your kitchen, but great as a gift also.

ADD FLAVOR NATURALLY
Whether you are grilling, smoking or oven cooking your meats, add flavor naturally by choosing a Hickory or Alder wood plank to put your favorite cut of steak on. A little salt and pepper is all you need. Simply soak the wood for about an hour, and then place your meat on the wood, place the wood on the grill or in the oven. We have the largest selection of different kinds of wood planks and sizes you will ever need. If you are smoking your meat, please notice that all wood comes in chips and chunks as well.
