Many of the brand names on 'your organic shelves that you have come to recognize - Silk, Eden, VitaSoy, Horizon were present at this year's Natural Product Expo West, held in the Anaheim Convention Center this past March, 2002. It was an educational adventure for the health conscious, as natural health food professionals, and interested consumers alike, walked the 180 aisles of over 2000 exhibiting companies. Here is just a smattering of the interesting companies we saw, and some of the products that will be coming to marketplaces everywhere throughout the world.
