Applewood Smoked Meats Recipe contest. He has prepared
an easy and delicious recipe that you can try. We look forward
to all the great talented chefs who will be sending their recipes
for this contest.
The new produce
section is featuring the cutting edge of fresh local
ingredients that are available on a grander scale to everyone.
The wine tasting
notes are back. We are going to evolve into the ability to allow
for our readers to susbmit wine suggestions for food pairing.
Another important
note, Food & Beverage Journal has evolved and will for evermore
be known as Food&Beverage International.
The name change reflects our growing number of international
readers as well as nationally. If something fascinates you,
let us know. We would be happy to hear from you.
