Basil Hayden's® Hot Toddy

Ingredients:
2 parts Basil Hayden's(r) Bourbon
1/4 part Honey
1-2 Star Anise
2 parts Hot Water
Orange Zest
Lemon Zest
3 Cinnamon Sticks

Procedures:
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

2. Shake and strain into a hot toddy glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

DEWAR'S Highlander Honey Hot Toddy

Ingredients:
2 oz. Hot Water
1.5 oz. DEWAR'S Highlander Honey
3 whole Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 slice Lemon
Pinch of Ground Nutmeg

Procedures:
1. TPour the honey, boiling water, and whisky into a mug.

2. Spice it with the cloves and cinnamon, and put in the slice of lemon.

3. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes so the flavors can mingle, then sprinkle with a pinch of nutmeg before serving.
