Cherry, currant, and dried blackberry aromas mingle among suggestions of spicy oak and gingerbread on the nose. A sip brings forth flavors of currents, black cherries, and blackberries, alongside accents of ginger, nutmeg, and toasty oak. Polished tannins, nice fruit, and a pop of brown spice make this a wine to enjoy with chicken mole.

Review:
A bouquet of blackberries, raspberries, spice, and toasty oak rises up from a glass. With a sip, flavors of raspberry, raisin, and blackberry meld among undertones of brown spice and light oak. Sanity tannins frame balanced flavors, making this a good wine to open with spicy Latin dishes.

Review:
Aromatics of raspberries, strawberries, and watermelon combine with whispers of bubble gum and wild flowers on the nose. Flavors of cherry, tart strawberry, and tropical fruit emerge on the palate, accented by notes of rose petal and bubble gum. A crisp acidity and lively flavors make this a great rose for food. Pair with grilled shrimp.

Review:
A mix of citrus aromas meld with elements of minerals, spring flowers, and orange peal on the nose. A sip brings forth flavors of lime, lemon, and grapefruit that flow into suggestions of wet stone, wild flowers, and vanilla. Could be mistaken for a French wine with it's dry, crisp, minerally character. Open a bottle when serving fresh grilled white fish.
