Ingredients:
3 parts Sugar
Island Spiced Rum
3 parts Sugar
Island Coconut Rum
1 1/2 parts Tres Agaves Strawberry Mix
3/4 parts Coco Lopez
1 whole Pineapple, (hollowed out)
1 Lime, (freshly squeezed)
Procedures:
Blend all ingredients together and pour into hollow pineapple.
Garnish with pineapple slice(s) and two straws.

Ingredients:
2 parts Sugar
Island Coconut Rum
1 part Coco Lopez
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
Club Soda
Procedures:
Shake coconut rum, coco lopez and lime juice; pour over
crushed ice and top with club soda. Garnish with shaved
coconut and lime twist in Collins glass.

Ingredients:
2 parts Sugar
Island Spiced Rum
1 1/2 parts Guava Juice
1 1/2 parts Pineapple jJuice
2 2" chunks of Fresh Cantaloupe, (blended)
Procedures:
Rim glass with cinnamon sugar. Shake all ingredients together,
strain and pour over ice into glass. Garnish with cantaloupe
slice covered in cinnamon sugar.
