Enjoy Summer's Last Hoorah with Sugar Island Rum Cocktails

While you still can, grab your friends and hit the sun. Then, whip up some festive and tropical cocktails, from the folks at Sugar Island Rum, to celebrate the final countdown of summer. Cheers and enjoy!

Pineapple Punch Para Dos

Ingredients:
3 parts Sugar Island Spiced Rum
3 parts Sugar Island Coconut Rum
1 1/2 parts Tres Agaves Strawberry Mix
3/4 parts Coco Lopez
1 whole Pineapple, (hollowed out)
1 Lime, (freshly squeezed)

Procedures:
Blend all ingredients together and pour into hollow pineapple. Garnish with pineapple slice(s) and two straws.

Coco-Licious

Ingredients:
2 parts Sugar Island Coconut Rum
1 part Coco Lopez
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
Club Soda

Procedures:
Shake coconut rum, coco lopez and lime juice; pour over crushed ice and top with club soda. Garnish with shaved coconut and lime twist in Collins glass.

Cin-Ful Island

Ingredients:
2 parts Sugar Island Spiced Rum
1 1/2 parts Guava Juice
1 1/2 parts Pineapple jJuice
2 2" chunks of Fresh Cantaloupe, (blended)

Procedures:
Rim glass with cinnamon sugar. Shake all ingredients together, strain and pour over ice into glass. Garnish with cantaloupe slice covered in cinnamon sugar.
