Like a Chef with this Most-Requested Burger Recipe

Jamie McFadden has shared his most requested burger recipe,
complete with not one, but three cheeses, to create the
very best burger you've ever tasted. So fire up the grill
and enjoy!

Jamie McFadden's 'Very Best' Burgers
Serves:
4
Ingredients:
2 lbs. USDA Ground Chuck
2 tbls. Fresh Chopped Garlic
1 tbls. Bayou Cajun Spice
1 1/2 tspn. Kosher Salt
1 1/2 tspn. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
4 tbls. Worcestershire Sauce
4 - 1 oz. Balls of Bleu Cheese*
4 slices Cheddar and Baby Swiss Cheese
Procedures:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients and pat into
four 8 oz. hamburgers.
2.
Place chilled Bleu Cheese Balls in the center (optional).
3.
Grill until desired doneness, or approx. 8-10 minutes.
4.
Place cheddar or Swiss on hamburger prior to removing
from grill.
5.
Top with bacon, lettuce and tomato, grilled onions, or
your choice of condiments! Enjoy!
*Bleu
Cheese Balls are: 1 oz of cheese, or cheese crumbles rolled
into a ball. Keep chilled just until prep.

Jamie's Grilling Tips:
1. Clean your grill with a wire brush
before cooking (especially important if you use sauces!).
2.
Feel the burn! Make sure you preheat your grill before
you start to grill. The right temperature will be too
hot to hold your hand over the grates for more than two
seconds.
3.
Don't crowd the grill, as foods will cook more evenly
if they have room for heat to circulate.
4.
To prevent sticking, keep flipping to a minimum.
5.
Brush on BBQ sauces and sweet glazes toward the end of
grilling for optimum flavor!
