Cool down this season with Latin inspired drinks that are sure to make everyday a fiesta! While tequila's roots are originally based in Spanish countries, these cocktails prove that it can be international.

Heat of the Moment from Bottiglia

Ingredients:
2 Slices Fresno Chile
2 oz. Espolon Reposado Tequila
1 oz. Funkin' Passion Fruit Puree
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Agave Syrup

Procedures:
Build: Add all ingredients into mixing tin. Add ice and shake vigorously.

Now strain over fresh ice, into a big martini glass.

Glass: Big Martini

Garnish: Half cinnamon sugar rim, fresno chili horns, lime spiral

Spicy Ancho Chili Margarita from Tilted Kilt

Ingredients:
1800 Silver Tequila
Ancho
Reyes Liqueur
Fresh lime Juice
Simple Syrup

Desperado from Libre

Ingredients:
1 oz. Casa Noble Crystal Tequila
3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz. House Made Sangrita or Store Bought
4 oz. Modelo Especial

Procedures:
Build: Add all ingredients into mixing tin, except for Modelo Especial.

Add ice and shake vigorously.

Now add 4 oz. Modelo Especial into mixing tin, and strain over ice.

Glass: Pilsner with 3/4 of ice.

Garnsih: Rosemary Sprig, Lime Wheel, Tajin Rim
